Salicylic acid and acne and herbs cure acne

A blemish begins approximately 2–3 weeks before it appears on your skin's surface. It starts in your sebaceous hair follicles — the tiny holes commonly called pores. Deep within each follicle, your sebaceous glands are working to produce sebum, the oil that keeps your skin moist and pliable. As your skin renews itself, the old cells die, mix with your skin's natural oils, and are sloughed off. Under normal circumstances, these cells are shed gradually, making room for fresh new skin.
Another simple acne treatment involves exfoliating your skin at least once a week. This will allow you to get rid of surface dead skin cells. There are many exfoliation solutions available and they typically use either fruit acids or salicylic acid. Be careful of any type of grainy facial scrub as they can make certain types of acne worse, especially if you have an acne cyst. The rubbing can spread the inflammation and make it a lot worse than it originally was.
- Drinking water is very essential. But, drinking proper amount of water is even more essential. This is because water is responsible for washing away the harmful toxins from the body. Drinking at least 3 liters of water in the course of every day regularly will help wash away the harmful toxins and prevent the outbreak of acne.
