Is random face acne a sign of early pregnancy and how to help acne

Consultant dermatologist Dr Jennifer Sanders, 53, is familiar with adult acne - she has spent a lifetime treating it. "Usually, an overwhelming majority of acne patients, let's say 95%, are teenagers," she says. "But that still leaves 5% of the population, and that's a large number of adults."
Control these factors and you can diminish the acne attacks... say some, while other recommend something else. Confused? That's what being a teenager is all about! Hormonal imbalances, unless serious, should be left to nature to work out as they are an expected part of growth. In this case, nature knows best, but unfortunately, she has a habit of popping up these nasty little zitty things while she sorts you out.
It is a common myth that most people believe in that sun will somehow help remove pimples and alleviate acnes. When you exposed your skin to the sun, it causes skin to tanned and reddened. As a result the acne spot becomes less apparent. Never give into temptation to go and have yourself a suntan during acne episodes as this can only cause your acne to aggravate. Getting a sun tan may be a good idea for the time being but in a few weeks times, prepare yourself for a worse acne breakouts.
